UMass Lowell is pleased to announce the UML Childcare Program Options beginning in Fall 2024. The university will have two providers this coming year. Details about each are below. Enrollment in programs is first-come, first-serve, and is contingent upon site visits and interviews with providers. If you are interested in participating in the childcare program, please complete the interest form and we will follow up with you.
The pilot is open to UMass Lowell faculty, staff and students. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW PEOPLE WHO SUBMITTED TO THE PRIOR LINK ON THURSDAY MORNING, please email childcare@uml.edu to let us know.
To apply for the 2024-25 pilot program, faculty, staff and students should complete the online form by Monday, May 27. You will be asked to indicate your first and second preferences for a childcare provider. The pilot slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Little Angels Academy, Dracut and Tyngsboro
Little Angels Academy is a Kindergarten, Pre-School, and Daycare Center with locations at 90 Arlington St., Dracut and 262 Middlesex Rd., Tyngsboro. Little Angels is a new partner for the childcare pilot this year and are excited to be joining us.
- Discount Amount: 20%
- Enrollment Requirements: Full Time and Part Time
- Ages/Classrooms Eligible for Discount: 2 years and 9 months – 9 years of age
- Number of Spots Available: 5 at each location
- Pre-School Tuition
Mornings only (8:30-11:30 a.m.): $37.50/day
Full Day: $75/day
5 Full Days (Open 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m.): $350/week - Before and After School Care: $10/hour
Acre Family Child Care, 327 Gorham St., Lowell, provides family-based care. Participants will be given a discount of $10/day off full-time tuition (Full-day hours vary by childcare location). The Acre pilot program covers September 2024 through August 2025.
