Financial Aid Updates for Fall 2024 Admitted Students

The Financial Aid Office at UMass Lowell is aiming to have award letters available to admitted fall 2024 students in early May. We continue to process data as we receive it from the Department of Education, however, much of the FASFA information we have received still contains errors, which we are unable to award on.  We will continue to process student FAFSAs as quickly as possible.

Fall 2024 admitted students will be notified through their admissions portal of their award eligibility prior to receiving their physical award letter in the mail.

Please note, the above information is intended only for newly admitted students for Fall 2024. Currently enrolled students who meet the eligibility criteria will be awarded in July.

Financial Aid Portal for Verification

If you were selected for verification after filing your FAFSA, you can complete and upload your forms from your mobile device.
